08-Aug-2009, 10am | Delph Pond Event at DELPH POND | DELPH POND FORUM
The delph pond forum applied to the big lottery bbc breathing spaces fund for money to replace the footpaths around the delph pond and were successful receiving £9,976, the work will start on August the 23rd at 10am.
There will also be a clean up of the pond and surrounding area, a free healthy lunch will be provided by the Tullibody healthy living initiative. If you want to do your bit for the environment please come along and help.
| 31-Jul-2010, 12 noon | Tullibody gala day at Abercromby public park | The 2010 Tullibody gala day will be held on Saturday, 31st of July The public procession will assemble at Banchory primary school and will leave there at approximately 11-15am to march down to Abercromby public park where the gala queen will be crowned at 12 noon, mums and dads bring your children to join the parade. Lots to do and see. Local groups with stalls selling various goods and free burgers if you have your burger ticket.
If the weather turns wet - we will move events into the civic centre!
| 13-Aug-2010, 14:00 hrs | Delph Pond Forum at Hertiage Centre, Civic Centre, Tullibody | The next Forum meeting is at 2 00pm on Friday the 13th August. Anyone interested in the Delph Pond and surrounding area is welcome to come along. Our current project is siting a new youth shelter at the MUGA area, to replace the small one already there. We have other projects in the pipeline, so come along and join in and share any ideas you have to enhance and improve the area.
