Sandra Marshall Ochilveiw Housing Officer
Sandra gave a short but very informative report on the position Ochilveiw has on the housing development planned in Tullibody for the future. The continuing anti-social behaviour policy they have in place it is expected that anti-social behaviour will increase over the summer months but hope that the residents of Tullibody will still inform OVHA through the estate management team she also reminded us about their policy of complaints can be given in confidentiality.M.Mcneill who resides in Ochilveiw court ask how the painting of the outside woodwork round the windows could be done efficiently when the residents were never ask to leave their windows open for the painting and the landscaping of the garden areas never seem to be done very efficiently and they never seems to be new plants to replace ones that die off.
Clackmannanshire Councillor Eddie Carrick`s report
The community Council was informed that the sharing services scheme between Clacks Council and the Stirling Council was not a takeover but as a way to cut cost for both councils since several top post will be shared by both councils the saving will help the overspend which resulted in this years projected increase in Council Tax and there will be other cost cutting in the future but it will not affect the services to the Wee County residents.

A.O.C.B.
Lynne brought up the absence of the police at meetings and the chair said he had been assured that a substitute officer would be sent to give report in place of absent community police officer but this has not materialised. It was noted that Councillor Fearon was disappointed that there was no police activity at the public meeting and he had written a letter to this effect to the police inspector Gavin Stewart. The chair would get in touch with Councillor Fearon if there were a reply to the letter. It was thought that 1 community police officer was not enough for the growing housing development in Tullibody. We were also informed that the new Muirside Estate is not interested in being associated with the older part of Tullibody. Tracie Duff was not here again and Lynne thought we should send her a letter asking about her further involvement in with the Community Council. There is plans for development of the Delph pond Area through the Tullibody regeneration group with the view to landscape and replace litter bins picnic tables and seats
Gala news from Lynne
Lynne informed us she has made great progress on the Gala day and the final format is set. The route of the Gala parade was read out and the gifts for the attendants were picked, and arrangements to decorate the houses of the queen and attendants all the other details for the Gala is finally coming together she introduced the queen and the attendants to the Community Council and a discussion was held about the Gala and any question the parents might have for the Community Council. It was arrange for the collection days for Gala funds to be 1st, 8th, and 15th of September from 10am to 1pm at the Tron court shops. Free barbeque tickets would also be given out to the residents of Tullibody, as there was no other business the chairman thanked everyone for there attendance and closed the meeting.
