She is hoping to set up a youth council so that the youth can have a say in the activities within the village the Community Council was all for this and suggested that a representative from the youth council would be welcome to attend our monthly meetings. Unfortunately since Tracie left her position as youth worker in Tullibody there has been no replacement and no detached worker for the area so it was thought that an invite to Dave Jones the detach worker coordinator to the first meeting in the new year to see what can be done about this situation. A.O.C.B.
It was brought to our attention of a scheme being run in Fallin were a Skip has been put aside for the dumping of second hand bikes that are then refurbished and sold on at very reasonable prices, the only thing that cannot be done to them is repainted since it is against health and safety rules this seems like a very good scheme but a suggestion for a skip set aside at Forthbank was rejected by Clacks Council. The refurbished bikes are open to all.

As there was no other business the chairman thanked everyone for their attendance and wished everyone a merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous new year.
