Minutes of Tullibody, Cambus & Glenochil Community Council Meeting
Held on 12th of August 2009 @ 7pm in viewing Gallery, Sports Centre, Tullibody.
Present: R Robinson, J McGowan, B Buchan, S Cowie, S.Podmore, Luz R. Luz
In attendance, PC Liz Brown, C Clark (Ochil view Housing),

Bobby welcomed the group and thanked everyone who was in attendance.
2. Minutes of last meeting:

3. Matters Arising:
Pedestrian Crossing at the new builds at the bottom of Stirling Road. Crossing now in use.
Children fishing at the Delph pond? It is ok to fish there!
The legal department have stated that there is no law or bye law stating no fishing.
4. Community Constables Report Since the previous meeting on th e 10th of June 2009 there has been 33 undetected
Crimes in Tullibody,this a decrease since the last meeting as this is taken over 2 months. The majority of these relate to vandalism and theft / thefts from motor vehicles.
Eight of the above relate to Anti Social Behaviour. Tickets being issues re Drinking and urinating in public.
There have been 57 Detected crimes in the same area 22 which relate to Road Traffic issues and the remainder to a domestic incidents BOP and Theft.

5. Community wardens report: Apologies have been taken ( Not present )
6. Ochil view Report – Christine Clark
1. The first accompanied estate inspection at Delph Wood has taken place, this has went well- a report will be given out soon.
7. Clackmannanshire Councillor Report:
No Councillor present
8. Secretary’s Correspondence: Apologies have been taken ( on holiday )

9. Treasurer’s Report:
As the treasurer has resigned there was no report.
The Treasurer has resigned. It was suggested that before choosing a new treasurer that an audit would be carried out, Bobby would see to this
Mandate for bank will need to be changed- 3 signatures needed. Bobby progressing with this.
10. AOB Gala Day update.
Special Project Fund
Expenditure: £ 2,467.53
Income: £ 2,603.78
First Aid and Lynn’s travelling expenses to be still included.
Community Council will be contributing £300 (agreed)
New Members - 2 have been contacted.
Change of meeting day was discussed, but this will be held off to some time in the future for further discussion.
