PREVIOUS MINUTES:

MATTERS ARISING:

1. We were very disappointed with the response to the Xmas competition as there were only six entries. It was decided to give the six contestants who submitted entries a £15. voucher each, Linda to arrange for the press to take photographs of the presentation.

2. Clackmannanshire council have agreed to support the community council in their effort to plant a tree in the cemetery surrounded by iron work and flower holders where parents who have lost a child due to premature birth etc can go and place flowers in rememberance and grieve for their lost child.

3. The community council received a letter from the bus company reguarding the differance in fare prices for the same journey. The community council were happy with the reply, however we will still moniter the situation.

M. Mawson received an enquiry from an Ochilview tenant reguarding the rent rebate she gets. She has received a letter from Ochilview telling her that Clackmannanshire Council had not paid her rent for some time. She wants to know why she received such a letter. Linda will enquire.
